Independent Audio Engineer & Producer (Self-Employed, operating as IonStorm)

IonStorm is my independent audio production practice, specializing in recording, mixing/mastering, vocal editing, and arrangement. Operating as a freelance engineer and producer, I've collaborated with a diverse range of clients, fulfilling their artistic and technical audio production needs.

• Collaborated with artists to expertly produce, arrange, track, mix, and master original music and podcasts while maintaining the highest levels of creativity and production standards.
• Utilized advanced technical expertise in audio-production hardware/software, including Pro Tools and Logic Pro, to assist artists and producers in creating final products that align with their artistic vision.
• Composed music for various mediums, including podcasts, stock music, and commercial projects.
• Set up, tracked, and mixed vocals and instruments using a variety of microphones and recording environments.
• Worked closely with musical talent, producers, and engineers, demonstrating the ability to multitask across multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Developed a detail-oriented technical workflow that ensures all projects maintain consistent organizational file standards.

• Falsefive, "A World Unmade" & "Wraith" — Producer / Mixing & Mastering Engineer (Releasing Winter 2026)
  Produced, mixed, and mastered both singles for the band — "A World Unmade" stands as some of the strongest mix work in the catalog to date.
• Cowboy Killer, Album — Mixing & Mastering Engineer
  Mixed and mastered 5 tracks on the record and additional production elements, ensuring a consistent sound across the entire album.
• Gran Esfera Azul Podcast — Sound Editor & Mixer
  Composed music, and edited and mixed sound for a weekly podcast.
• XZYLO, Discography — Personal Project • Producer/Songwriter
  Managed the entire writing and production process for 3 albums and 1 EP, including recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
• Emery Heights, Clarity EP — Songwriter
  Provided all vocal writing and production as a principal writer on this project.

Spirit Leaves

Artist, Singer/Songwriter

• Formerly signed to InVogue Records, where close collaboration with a full cross-functional team — A&R, producers, publicists, and talent scouts — pushed the ceiling of what I could write, perform, and produce.
• Wrote, performed on, and helped produce multiple albums/EPs during the label partnership, showcasing dynamic range and a distinctive style.
• Continue to write and release music independently since the label partnership ended, most recently the "Zealot" single (2025).
• Participated in promotional activities such as photo shoots, interviews, and social media campaigns to build and sustain audience reach.

  • Managed the entire production and writing of a 5-song EP.
  • Developed and executed all deliverables, including 5 completed masters, 3 music videos, artwork, social media content, promotional assets, and a brand guide.
  • Achieved over 500,000 total audio streams and 50,000 total video streams.
  • Featured on Spotify's editorial playlist "All New Metal" — twice.
  • Lead single "Killjoy" has since surpassed 300,000+ Spotify streams on its own.
